The company evolved from Gestoria Xicoira, which was founded in 1989 by Mr Mariano J\u00fadez and his then partner, now retired. Today, Mr J\u00fadez is the manager and sole owner of the business.<\/p>\n<p>The company initially operated as a general business agency, but it has continually adapted and expanded its services in response to customer needs. Today the company employs twenty staff, distributed\u00a0<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"\">between the offices of Palafrugell and La Bisbal d&#8217;Empord\u00e0<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ASEMGES<\/strong>\u00a0is a registered member of the\u00a0<a title=\"Colegio Gestores de Catalunya\" href=\"http:\/\/gestors.cat\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Official Catalan Association of Business Administration<\/a>, and of\u00a0<a title=\"PIMEC\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pimec.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PIMEC<\/a>\u00a0(Micro, Small and Medium-size Enterprises of Catalonia). Moreover Mr J\u00fadez is a member of the\u00a0<a title=\"Col\u00b7legi Economistes de Catalunya\" href=\"http:\/\/www.coleconomistes.cat\/Paginas\/Ficha.aspx?IdMenu=A2238BD0-3048-4D9D-AB8C-C91C6FDFD475\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Catalan Association of Economists<\/a>\u00a0and is officially listed on the\u00a0<a title=\"Registro Economistas y Asesores Fiscales\" href=\"http:\/\/reaf.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">REAF<\/a>\u00a0(Register of Economists and Financial Advisors) and the Register of Experts in Forensic Economics (REFOR). The Business Advisers provide expert business administration and fiscal advice to both individuals and companies. Their expertise covers the different areas of administration, and their professional training programme includes a specialisation in one of the following areas: Law, Economics and Politics or Business studies.<\/p>\n<p>The main activity of\u00a0<strong>ASEMGES<\/strong>\u00a0focuses on providing a complete package of advice to both individuals and companies on financial matters: accounts, finance and investments as well as assistance in company start-ups. In areas where we lack specific in-house expertise for particular projects, we collaborate with other companies which have the necessary expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Our clients come from many different backgrounds and types of business. They include individuals from every walk of life, as well as leading companies at local, provincial, Catalan and national level.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00a0<strong>ASEMGES<\/strong>\u00a0our philosophy is based on thoroughness, confidentiality and the high ethical standards of all our professional staff.
